An egg is a beginning of all the beginnings; our ancestors ancient Slavs also thought it was true. They gave the Sun a name God’s egg and they believed that eating eggs gives a person strength and health.
It’s not a secret to anybody that life period depends directly on our food.
We always try to find some miracle medicine - a life root, and it appears, we don’t have to search for anything. An egg is a wreath of creation of the nature, one of the most valuable food stuffs. All egg components (a white, a yolk and a shell) are useful both together, and separately.

90 % of an egg shell is calcium. Vitamin D helps to suck calcium by intestines. In its turn calcium is responsible for health of bone tissues. By the way, calcium from an egg shell is sucked much better, than tablets. To make teeth hard enough, collect shells of several boiled eggs, then temper them in a frying pan (in order to prevent allergic reaction), grind it in a mortar up to powder kind. Take half a teaspoon 3 times a day during two weeks with meals or water.
An egg contains 7.7 grams of fats; 3.5 grams of this quantity are monounsaturated fats which are very good for our heart, 1.7 grams are polyunsaturated fats and only 2 grams are saturated fats. The same combination can be found in salmon and mackerel fish only. As to cholesterol there is twice less of it in eggs, than in red ova, and it has more vitamins A and vitamins E. In general there are 12 basic vitamins in an egg, including choline. And it concedes to cod-liver oil only in vitamin D content.
Dieticians recommend eating eggs to those people who want to loose weight, because eggs are low-calorie products, containing 96% of minerals, phosphorus, copper, cobalt, etc., folic acid and irreplaceable amino acids. One egg a day is enough for provision 25% of a daily diet.
In spite of the fact an egg is a perfect product it is possible to make it even more useful. If to increase the content of some certain elements that are already initially available in it we’ll get the enriched egg possessing improving health properties.
